We will produce a PURE PREMIUM MOUTAIN TROUT borned and raised in Norway.
Our Mountain Trout is a freshwater fish in the salmonid family.
Our fish will breed in land-based recycling aquaculture systems (RAS) production facilities.
We have a Clean Fish Farm approach meaning intake of water from our own groundwater wells, zero discharge to nearby watercourses, literally speaking a closed loop fish farm and a circular economy system.
We have optimized the features of our Clean Fish Farm concept including the reduction of carbon emissions across our value chain and we are living by fulfilling the UN’s sustainable development goals. We achieve all this with our in-house and in-partner expertise in aquaculture, biology, brood stocking and technology, and by using the most advanced RAS technology available.
